TOUCHDOWN TO CURIOUS ZERO
As Oktoberfest rolls around, we want to shine a spotlight on our craft brew Curious Zero – which is as refreshing as a beer, but in its own stratosphere!
Our Lion's Mane lager gets its rich and sophisticated flavor from roasted barley, Yakima hops and Lion's Mane mushrooms, with some not-so-secret ingredients like golden apple, lime, oak, and sea salt to strike the right balance of acidity and minerality.
Want to up the acid? Squeeze in a lime.
Like it spicy? Make a Curious Zero michelada (with hot sauce, lime juice, and a Tajin-rimmed glass) – perfect for football season sipping.
The Michelada Nada
What You'll Need:
- 1 bottle of Curious Zero
- 2oz freshly squeezed lime juice
- 2–3 dashes of Worcestershire sauce
- 2–3 dashes of hot sauce

POMEGRANATE THYME FIZZ
Curious Elixirs rival the menus at any high-end cocktail bar, and Curious No. 1 is the OG. It's a beautifully balanced nonalcoholic negroni sbagliato with gentian root for bitterness, lemon peel and bitter orange for acidity, and pomegranate juice for a moody little fruit finish.
