What you'll need:
- 3oz Curious Elixir No. 8
- 3oz Curious Elixir No. 6
- 1oz Espresso or Strong Cold Brew
- ½ oz simple or maple syrup(optional)
- Freshly grated Nutmeg to garnish
What you'll do:
- Shake the espresso, Curious No. 8, and syrup with ice until chilled.
- Strain into a coupe, top with Curious No. 6.
- Finish with a dusting of nutmeg or cocoa powder.

What you'll do:

- Build in a wine glass over ice, stir gently,

This recipe makes 1 cup of syrup
What you'll need:
- 1 ounce chunk of fresh ginger, crushed or grated
- 1-2 cinnamon sticks
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1 cup of water is used less for a thicker syrup
What you'll do:
- Combine all the ingredients in a small saucepan and heat over low to medium heat.
- Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved.
- Reduce the heat and simmer for about 30 minutes.
- Let the syrup cool and then strain it to remove the ginger and spices.
