Subscription Policy

Automatic Renewal Terms

By authorizing payment, you agree to permit automatic renewal of your subscription at the current rate and frequency until such time as you cancel or terminate your subscription in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth herein. You will be responsible for any applicable taxes and fees, as specified in this agreement.

Order Confirmation

Once an order has been processed, we shall not be able to modify or cancel it, including changes to shipping addresses, as we are committed to processing orders promptly and efficiently. You acknowledge that confirmed orders shall not be cancellable or modifiable once they have been processed.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our customer service team or by logging into your account online. Cancellations shall take effect as follows:

• If you cancel your subscription before the confirmation of an order, we shall cease processing new orders and charges.
• If you cancel your subscription after an order has been confirmed, we shall continue processing orders according to your chosen schedule until the end of the confirmed period.
• Confirmed orders shall not be cancellable or modifiable once they have been processed.

Taxes and Fees

Please note that taxes associated with your subscription may be subject to change without notice, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. 

Order Processing

We shall process your subscription orders according to your chosen schedule. You shall receive an email notification of your upcoming order 3 days before the processing of each order. 

Effective Date

This subscription policy is effective as of December 1, 2024, and supersedes all prior policies and agreements.

Acceptance

By subscribing to our service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this subscription policy. If you disagree with these terms, please do not use our service.
