We work really hard to consistently deliver a top-quality product. However, we're shipping glass-bottled beverages across the country, and sometimes things go wrong.

If something ever seems a little off with your elixirs, please shoot us a message at GetHelp@curiouselixirs.com, and we'll get it sorted out for you.

We are committed to processing orders promptly and efficiently. Once an order has been processed, we are no longer able to cancel or refund that order.

We are unable to offer refunds or returns based on flavor preferences alone. However, if there is ever an issue with breakage, please reach out to us at GetHelp@curiouselixirs.com.

Apparel: All apparel items are custom-made to order and are not eligible for returns or refunds, unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
