Delicious and gets you through that 5 O’clock witching hour. Once I have a little of this I don’t think about a cocktail or wine.

It was surprisingly good and a great alternative. However, I did not personally experience a feeling of relaxation or well being. I kind of expected more of a “kick” but this was my first time trying adaptogens so perhaps that develops over time?
