Sizzle, Drizzle & Sip: Curious Elixirs + Graza

As springtime temperatures lift, we’re heating things up with a mocktail (or two!) that remind us of sunnier days. We paired Graza’s olive oil with our No. 2 Elixir to create these spicy and bright recipes — aka our Sizzle & Drizzle editions of the Caribbean classic Dark and Stormy, with a fresh pineapple citrus twist.

Sizzle Stormy

  1. Sizzle up some fresh pineapple with Graza Sizzle olive oil over medium-low heat for about 10-12 minutes, or until juicy and golden brown.
  2. Muddle with chilled Curious Elixir No. 2. Stir briskly until the pineapple-infused olive oil and Elixir are emulsified.
  3. Strain and pour over a large ice cube. Garnish with a tiny pineapple slice for snacking!

Dark Damiana Drizzle

  1. Add salt and dried chili of your choice to the rim of a cocktail glass.
  2. Pour chilled Curious Elixir No. 2 into the glass and add a slice of Serrano, jalapeño, or habanero pepper.
  3. Drizzle gently with drops of Graza Drizzle olive oil to add a dramatic burst of fresh, bright, green flavor to balance all that fire.
