1 tablespoon honey syrup*
1 teaspoon culinary lavender
1 cup water
Handful of ice cubes
Club Soda to top
*To make honey syrup, combine equal parts honey and water in a small saucepan over medium heat and stir until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat, let cool to room temperature and transfer to a clean glass jar. Cover and keep refrigerated for up to 2 weeks.
In the bottom of a cocktail shaker, muddle the lavender until it's crumbled apart.Add turmeric, lemon juice, honey syrup, lavender and ice, and shake well for 10-15 seconds, until all ingredients are combined.
Strain and top with a dash of club soda and a sprig of lavender for garnish. Cheers!
