Seasonal Soft Cocktail :: Curious No.1 Cinnamon Elixir


4 cinnamon sticks (plus more for garnish)
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 cups water
Curious No.1


To make cinnamon simple syrup:

Add water and cinnamon to a small pot and bring to boil. Simmer for 10 minutes, and strain out cinnamon sticks. Bring water back to a boil, add sugar and stir until sugar is dissolved. (Yields 3.5 cups, can be stored in the refrigerator for 1 month).

To make the cocktail:

Pour 6 oz of Curious No.1 in a rocks or short cocktail glass over ice. Add 1 tbsp cinnamon simple syrup or to taste. Stir well. Garnish with cinnamon stick. Easy peasy!
Pro tip: Burn the top of the garnish cinnamon stick for a nice aromatic.
