🍸 The Curiously Dirty Martini
Try our version of a dirty martini with ALL the briny goodness of the classic and NONE of the booze.
Curious No. 3 plays gin (hello, juniper and gentian), Curious No. 7 plays vermouth (hello, floral Chardonnay), and a splash of olive brine does what olive brine does best: make everything a little dirty and a lot more interesting.

🫒 Ingredients
- 3 fluid ounces Curious Elixir No. 3
- 1 fluid ounces Curious Elixir No. 7
- 0.5 fluid ounces olive brine
- 1 cup of ice cubes, for stirring
- 3 cocktail olives, for garnish
- 1 lemon twist, for garnish
🍸 How to prepare:
- Chill your glass: Pop a martini glass in the freezer for 10 minutes, or fill it with ice water while you build the drink.
- Build it: Fill a mixing glass with ice cubes, for stirring. Pour in 3 fluid ounces Curious Elixir No. 3, 1 fluid ounces Curious Elixir No. 7, and 0.5 fluid ounces olive brine.
- Stir, don't shake: Stir gently for about 20 seconds, just enough to chill it down without knocking out all the bubbles.
- Strain & pour: Dump the ice water out of your chilled glass and strain the martini in.
- Garnish & sip: Skewer 3 cocktail olives, for garnish onto a pick and drop it in. Rub 1 lemon twist, for garnish around the rim, twist it over the top, then take a curious little sip.
✨ Note
If you like it extra dirty, up the olive brine to 3/4 oz. Or dial it back to 1/4 oz if you want the floral notes of Curious No. 7 to shine through more!
