I dreamed up this little ditty after tasting Oatly's delicious chocolate oat milk, and I wondered if I could combine the power of pumpkin and full spectrum CBD to make a delicious warm elixir to soothe the body during the colder months. And it's vegan! Hope you enjoy!
INGREDIENTS (makes 2 servings)
2 cups Chocolate Oat milk (we like Oatly)
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
3 tablespoons bourbon barrel aged maple syrup
3 tablespoons vanilla
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1/4 teaspoon cayenne
30mg full spectrum CBD oil (we like Rosebud or Plant People)
- Warm ingredients in sauce pan over low heat
- Pour hot liquid into blender and blend for 1-2 minutes
- Pour into individual cups and add 15mg of CBD oil per cup
- Add Coconut Whip if you like!
