2 inch piece of English cucumber, thinly sliced
8-10 basil leaves
Juice of one large lime
1 tablespoon agave nectar
Ice
Sparkling water or club soda

Place cucumber and basil in a cocktail shaker and gently muddle with a cocktail muddler (a wooden spoon works too). Add lime juice, agave and ice. Cover shaker and shake vigorously for 30-40 seconds. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and top up with sparkling water or club soda. Garnish with cucumber to make it look pretty :)
