For rosemary simple syrup:

1 cup sugar
1 cup water
2-3 sprigs of rosemary

DIRECTIONS

To make the hibiscus lavender tea:

Make hibiscus tea per the directions on the box, but add cooking lavender as it steeps. Put it in the fridge until cool.

To make the rosemary syrup:

Combine sugar, water and rosemary in a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Once sugar is completely dissolved turn heat off and let syrup sit for 20-30 mins. Strain out rosemary and you’re done. Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to a month.

To make the soft cocktail:

Combine the hibiscus lavender tea, rosemary syrup and lime juice in a shaker with ice. Shake well for 30 seconds and pour in a cocktail glass. Top with a splash of ginger ale and garnish with a sprig of rosemary if you're feeling extra fancy. Enjoy!
