You can thank My Kale Kitchen for this floral, booze-free spin on a French 75, which combines the classic taste of Curious No. 7 with sophisticated lavender notes. This recipe makes one serving, so feel free to multiply these measurements if you're tending bar for a crowd.

What you'll need:
- ¾ oz lavender syrup
- ½ oz lemon juice
- Ice
- Chilled Curious No. 7, to top off
What you'll do:
- Shake lavender syrup and lemon juice over ice until well combined.
- Finely strain the mixture into a champagne flute
- Top off with Curious No. 7.
That's all there is to it! Curious No. 7 has never looked so good — and that's saying something!
